Hi Swetha. I am enjoying the classes with shvasa very much. I have been doing yoga past 7 years with breaks in between due to ankle injury or cervical spine surgery. something that Iam struggling is my knees and ankles do hurt a lot end of the day and warrior poses or lunges do not help with the pain. pls suggest something that I could work on my lower body whilst my upper body is doing great progress due to workout with Shvasa.
