I want to get better at asanas and strength training. I am still a beginner and I can’t do inversions or other difficult ones. But, I have improved a lot:) I don’t know how long this is going to take but, I am foused on achieving my goals. But, sometime due to back issues I feel lost. Is it realistic to achieve such goals for a person who had recovered from back pain but on and off it triggers sometimes? I want to try yoga with weight or strength training but I cannot do heavy weights. 3lbs is max I want to use so I don’t injure myself again. I am interested in YTT. What do we learn in this class and what are the advantages? I am looking for your suggestions. Thankyou.
