@Patanjali Namaste. Your classes are so genuine Patanjali and I never felt like being in autopilot, during your sessions. So thankful for your each and every session. Asana practice, I suffer with a lot of body pain on and off. Some days are okay, but other days literally drag through modified practices. Struggling with hip flexor tightness for long time, Intercostal muscle pain, after prone BB 's, and LB pain on and off. I'm not sure, whether all these are connected. Please guide me through.
