Team, I am unable to book classes and its saying I can't book beyond 150 classes with my subscription. It was not communicated when i have taken subscription and it clealry stated unlimited classes for 3 months subscription. I have been sending many emais to Shvasa support team and pinged many times the sales representative who contacted while subscription taken. I am lookign for some immediate assistance to resolve this issue asap as i dont want to miss my favorite classes. I am sorry if this is not the platform to post this type of question, as I did not see any help from other channels. I see sales team was very prompt and aggressive in responding during subscription time until we take subscription, but it is otherways when really help is needed, which is really disappointing.
