    That would send the wrong message about what yoga truly is. It’s about unity, not competition. I couldn’t take anyone seriously that competes in a yoga competition. It means they don’t understand the true intention of yoga.

    Yes, pradeep and lavanya classes are good. I find Shilpa's class as well very effective and had good impact on my sleep .
