Add To Calendar is already there in our mobile app. I highly recommend you to use our mobile app for booking, if you are not already doing so.

Currently, we do not have a dedicated session for Senior citizens.
However, would suggest practicing Normal flow like Yin Yoga for the aged people.
Shvasa is in the process of adding many more classes and we will consider this in the coming future.
