Namaste Patanjali Sir. I have been consistent with my practise, but sometime I feel its too much why do I need to deepen my stretches and get tired,,honestly when I joined Shavasa it was just to move my body everyday and stay physically active. But some where deep in my heart I feel like going more deeper into asanas but then I feel tired. How should I come out of these thoughts??? Beacause I want to enjoy every asanas, some time I do enjoy a lot and sometime very tiring, and there is big fear of head stand and other inversions too,if you could suggest me to come out of this thoughts that will be very hepful.

@Patanjali Namaste. Your classes are so genuine Patanjali and I never felt like being in autopilot, during your sessions. So thankful for your each and every session. Asana practice, I suffer with a lot of body pain on and off. Some days are okay, but other days literally drag through modified practices. Struggling with hip flexor tightness for long time, Intercostal muscle pain, after prone BB 's, and LB pain on and off. I'm not sure, whether all these are connected. Please guide me through. Thank you , Sruthy.

Namaste🙏 I want to get better at asanas and strength training. I am still a beginner and I can’t do inversions or other difficult ones. But, I have improved a lot:) I don’t know how long this is going to take but, I am foused on achieving my goals. But, sometime due to back issues I feel lost. Is it realistic to achieve such goals for a person who had recovered from back pain but on and off it triggers sometimes? I want to try yoga with weight or strength training but I cannot do heavy weights. 3lbs is max I want to use so I don’t injure myself again. I am interested in YTT. What do we learn in this class and what are the advantages? I am looking for your suggestions. Thankyou.

HoW should I practice asanas that involves standing on one leg, such as vrikshana, Ardha Chandrasana, etc. I am never able to balance myself, and start to loose my balance. What should I keep in mind, while doing it?

Namaste Patanjali🙏could you please let me know what are the best yoga asanas or positions to try for GERD? Due to this condition, doctors strictly advised me to avoid all kinds of inversions. I would also like to know if there are any asanas that would alleviate my tennis elbow pain. Thank you!

    Hello Patanjali,
I have put on a lot of weight and need to loose it for medical reasons too. when I try to do exercises like squats my knees hurt and body is quite stiff. What's the safest asanas/ exercises that I can practice to loose weight without hurting my knees. Thanks in advance!
