The best meditation videos can vary depending on individual preferences and needs. However, some popular and highly recommended options include guided meditations by renowned teachers like Eckhart Tolle, Deepak Chopra, or Tara Brach. You can also explore different styles such as mindfulness meditation, loving-kindness meditation, or body scan meditation to see which resonates best with you. Websites like Insight Timer, YouTube channels dedicated to meditation, or apps like Calm and Headspace also offer a wide range of guided meditation videos that cater to various levels of experience and specific goals. Ultimately, the best meditation video for you is one that helps you feel grounded, calm, and centered, so it's worth exploring different options to find what works best for you.

It really depends on what you're looking for, but Tara Brach and Jason Stephenson are my absolute favorites for consistent quality. If you find a session you really love and want to keep it for offline use or travel, you can go to https://www.movavi.com/ to grab a solid capture tool. I’ve found that having a local copy is way more reliable for a daily practice than relying on spotty Wi-Fi!
