Early morning on an empty stomach after a shower would be preferred. Winters especially can be highly conducive. Consistent Practice to reap the most benefits.

Namaste. I had to take a slightly long break from practice and its been 2 n half weeks since i restarted, but it is hard to gain back the strength, confidence and energize myself to keep going. Any particular practice that i shoulf focus on to get back on track? The fear to do certain inversions which i used to do before, muscle soreness and stiffness makes it feel like 60 mins classes are hard to achieve especial when its an upper body focused class. Any tips from your experience?

I have been consistent with my practice, however recently I had an injury in the rotator arc tendinitis and its been like 2 months that I haven't fully recovered from it, which classes should I begin with to help it heal better, and yet keep my practice regular..because in between when I took a month's break..and then coming back for 30 minutes classes also gave me a lot of strain and soreness..specially going for ashtanga namaskar was painful in the right triceps..pls guide sir.

Namaste Patanjali Sir. I have been consistent with my practise, but sometime I feel its too much why do I need to deepen my stretches and get tired,,honestly when I joined Shavasa it was just to move my body everyday and stay physically active. But some where deep in my heart I feel like going more deeper into asanas but then I feel tired. How should I come out of these thoughts??? Beacause I want to enjoy every asanas, some time I do enjoy a lot and sometime very tiring, and there is big fear of head stand and other inversions too,if you could suggest me to come out of this thoughts that will be very hepful.

@Patanjali Namaste. Your classes are so genuine Patanjali and I never felt like being in autopilot, during your sessions. So thankful for your each and every session. Asana practice, I suffer with a lot of body pain on and off. Some days are okay, but other days literally drag through modified practices. Struggling with hip flexor tightness for long time, Intercostal muscle pain, after prone BB 's, and LB pain on and off. I'm not sure, whether all these are connected. Please guide me through. Thank you , Sruthy.

I want to get better at asanas and strength training. I am still a beginner and I can’t do inversions or other difficult ones. But, I have improved a lot:) I don’t know how long this is going to take but, I am foused on achieving my goals. But, sometime due to back issues I feel lost. Is it realistic to achieve such goals for a person who had recovered from back pain but on and off it triggers sometimes? I want to try yoga with weight or strength training but I cannot do heavy weights. 3lbs is max I want to use so I don’t injure myself again. I am interested in YTT. What do we learn in this class and what are the advantages? I am looking for your suggestions. Thankyou. -
I feel some poking / pinching effect in the muscle while doing stretching work out that involves opening the chest and turning in the opposite direction is this normal or shld i do something to stop this?

could you please let me know what are the best yoga asanas or positions to try for GERD? Due to this condition, doctors strictly advised me to avoid all kinds of inversions. I would also like to know if there are any asanas that would alleviate my tennis elbow pain. Thank you! -
