    hi swetha , I want to consistently join the class but I just become very latehrgic all of a sudden to keep up the routine. what can I do to keep myself going . health wise - i am with thyroid issues since 15 plus years .

    hi Swetha , it’s been 7 months I have started my journey with Shvasa , I could see the difference in my body flexibility and strength but how ever I am looking for weight loss which is not happening much , and I am very much concerned about the lower body weight, please help me out in this , thank you,

    It has been 1 to 1 1.5 months since I joined Shwasa but till now there is no effect on weight and inches.. when will the results show.

    Hi I have joined Yoga to reduce belly fat.. I am still under confusion how to reduce it since one year I got increased like anything weight also gained around 10kgs.. I have fat only in belly and thighs.. please guide what I have to do, which is the correct procedure to follow

    Since beginning my yoga journey with Shvasa, I've experienced remarkable improvements in my overall well-being. I've gained significant flexibility, noticed an increase in my metabolism, and my sleep quality has improved considerably. Most importantly, yoga has helped me manage the challenges that come with vitamin deficiency and the menopause phase of my life cycle. While I've tried enrolling in nutrition diet programs a couple of times, they added pressure without yielding results, and my weight gain progress has plateaued. I'm still working towards losing a few pounds to feel lighter for my passion for dance and to upgrade myself to advance Yoga postures which I am unable to achieve.

    hi Swetha, I have joined a gym and have been doing those workouts and unable to do yoga like before .. any suggestions on how to balance and what classes to take ? worry sometimes I shouldn’t lose the flexibility that I was trying to gain ..
