    Namaste Tajinder,

You can always start with Hatha yoga. Start with basic sequence and gradually improve in matter of months.

Try not to hurry the practice to achieve certain poses or asanas.

Remember it’s a journey, let you are body adapt to the practice.

In Hatha yoga, we hold longer duration in asana, it strengthens your tendons, which in turn strengthens the muscles, muscles take up the load of the body and protects bones and joints. Make sure to practice pranayama at the end for general well being.

    Hope this helped:)

    Hope
