I have put on a lot of weight and need to loose it for medical reasons too. when I try to do exercises like squats my knees hurt and body is quite stiff. What's the safest asanas/ exercises that I can practice to loose weight without hurting my knees. Thanks in advance! -

hi , I am getting knee cramps with vinyasa flow. anything to watch for . also I am a beginner but did yoga before.
