Here as you mentioned it happens due to improper sleep, you can start connecting with your breath first.
Go for Alternative nostril breathing to bring nervous system into balance. -
Yes, Pranayama and Mudra can play good role to improve this kind of headache. You can Practice Nadi- Shodhan pranayama which will be helpful for this issue. In Mudra, Prana Mudra, chin (Gyan) Mudra are also good practice for fatigue, maintain energy and relieve headache.
