Is there any breathing technique or mudra that I can learn to get rid of my overthinking anxious patterns ? I really want to stay mindful of my current moment. I think I am missing a lot in life due to anxiety.
Balancing pranayamas can really help with calming the mind down- Equal breathing, Bhramari (humming-bee) pranayama, Anulom Vilom (Alternate nostril breathing), and Diaphragmatic breathing are very effective.
