No, you have to find the root cause for it work on the cause then it will go,

Mostly the reason for back pain is stiff mucles of the back for that you need to move them, flex them, strengthen then then the back pain will be gone,

Sometimes the cause can be related to vertebral column, so its best to consult dr. For the exact cause and then work on it accordingly.

Simple stretched like cat and cow, lumber stretches, bridge pose are very good for back health, we should add these poses or stretches in our daily workout session.

Back pain can vary in its intensity and duration depending on the cause. In some cases, mild back pain may resolve on its own with rest, gentle movements, and proper posture. However, chronic or severe back pain often requires intervention such as physical therapy, strengthening exercises, or even medical treatment. Yoga can be a beneficial practice for managing and preventing back pain as it helps improve flexibility, strength, and posture. It's important to listen to your body, seek guidance from a healthcare provider, and consider incorporating yoga into your routine to support overall spine health and alleviate discomfort.
