What's your pranayama routine?

My pranayama routine typically starts with a few rounds of deep diaphragmatic breathing to center myself. I then move on to alternate nostril breathing (Nadi Shodhana) to balance the flow of energy in my body. Following that, I practice Kapalabhati for energizing breathwork and Bhramari for calming the mind. I always conclude with a few minutes of deep, mindful breathing to integrate the practice and bring a sense of peace and clarity to my mind and body. Pranayama is an essential part of my yoga practice, helping me to cultivate awareness, control my breath, and connect with my inner self.
