What type of meditation you practice?

As a yogi and yoga instructor, I practice a variety of meditation techniques that are in line with the principles of yoga. These may include mindfulness meditation, loving-kindness meditation, guided visualization, and mantra meditation. Each type of meditation serves a different purpose and can help cultivate different aspects of the mind, body, and spirit. By incorporating a diverse range of meditation practices into my routine, I am able to deepen my own practice and offer a well-rounded approach to my students, guiding them towards inner peace, self-awareness, and spiritual growth.
