Hi Shwetha - love your classes. Sometimes half way through the class I start feeling nauseous. I try to keep my tummy empty atleast for 2 hours before class if not more. Any remedies for this? Thank you.

Hello Shwetha , I have been going through a recovery from Ligament rupture in my left elbow. It's been a month when I had the injury. I am trying to get back to Yoga, however I m not sure which type of class should I start with. Can you suggest? e.g today in next 2-3 hour which would be a good class to start with. I want to go for 30 min class first.

It has been 1 to 1 1.5 months since I joined Shwasa but till now there is no effect on weight and inches.. when will the results show.

Since beginning my yoga journey with Shvasa, I've experienced remarkable improvements in my overall well-being. I've gained significant flexibility, noticed an increase in my metabolism, and my sleep quality has improved considerably. Most importantly, yoga has helped me manage the challenges that come with vitamin deficiency and the menopause phase of my life cycle. While I've tried enrolling in nutrition diet programs a couple of times, they added pressure without yielding results, and my weight gain progress has plateaued. I'm still working towards losing a few pounds to feel lighter for my passion for dance and to upgrade myself to advance Yoga postures which I am unable to achieve.
