It's completely understandable to feel overwhelmed when sleep-deprived. However, practicing yoga can help you find balance and calmness, which can greatly improve the quality of your sleep. By incorporating yoga poses, breathing exercises, and meditation into your routine, you can reduce stress, quiet your mind, and promote relaxation, making it easier for you to fall asleep and stay asleep. It is completely normal to have periods where you feel like you're not progressing in your yoga practice or that you may even be getting worse. Yoga is a journey that has its ups and downs, and it's important to remember that progress is not always linear. You can always start with Hatha yoga. Start with basic sequence and gradually improve in matter of months.

Try not to hurry the practice to achieve certain poses or asanas.

Remember it’s a journey, let you are body adapt to the practice.

In Hatha yoga, we hold longer duration in asana, it strengthens your tendons, which in turn strengthens the muscles, muscles take up the load of the body and protects bones and joints. Make sure to practice pranayama at the end for general well being.

Yes, Pranayama and Mudra can play good role to improve this kind of headache. You can Practice Nadi- Shodhan pranayama which will be helpful for this issue. In Mudra, Prana Mudra, chin (Gyan) Mudra are also good practice for fatigue, maintain energy and relieve headache.

It’s very natural for a body to change after pregnancy, body has been preparing for the baby for all 9months, it has changed through this process so that it can support the whole birthing process

Nevertheless, she can start with postnatal classes with the teacher who has an expertise with prenatal postnatal yoga,

But firstly, she must gracefully accept the body and truly appreciate it , she can start with a guided meditations to connect with her body , slowly move to basic asanas which targets pelvic floor muscles in priority

Keeping an easy goal n being consistent would really help. One step at a time
